About

I am developing a career as a narrative nonfiction writer (adults and children) and presenter in the areas of brain neuroplasticity, mindfulness, mental health, and compassion.
I present workshops on performance anxiety and writing as therapy.
Previously, I had a career for over twenty years as a clinical and forensic psychologist.
I like to write, and tell, true stories.
I would like to collaborate in film making projects in my areas of interest.
