Since leaving school , and having trained as a FIVE STAR chef, I have had the privilege of travelling the world with my trade, ranging from exotic island resorts to far off restaurants , where busy was the operative word.

Passionate about fine food and excellent service, I have owned The Larder for over 15 years with many an outstanding accolade sent our way.

We use fresh & innovative approaches, and my team of chefs & pastry cooks, have developed a reputation for delivering both quality & consistency in food & service.
Our menu’s are designed to reflect Byron Bay’s casual relaxed atmosphere, combining clean flavours, quality presentation & fresh local produce. Whether an intimate cocktail party, beach house barbecue, sumptuous buffet or grand sit down dinner, The Larder will ensure the food & service of your function is the talk of the town.
