“Through my placement, I learned how to work in the grip department, and that’s highly valued in the industry. The nine weeks I spent in grip on one of the shoots I was part of were probably the most formative during my time in the program.

On wrapping Regional Crew Pathways, I have another job on a feature locked in, and everything’s looking up from here. I came into the program with a goal of working in the screen industry – a goal I’ve more than achieved. I now feel ready to take on anything the industry throws at me.”
