Screenworks’ Career Pathway Programs give early-career practitioners from regional NSW the opportunity to develop their craft, build industry connections and access targeted support to help move their careers forward.

Whether you’re writing, directing, producing or working in games, our four pathways are designed to meet you where you are and help you take on what comes next – from developing your skills and expanding your network to accessing new industry opportunities.

Supported by Screen NSW, the programs provide practical, career-focused opportunities to help regional practitioners build experience, make connections and create momentum in their screen careers.
