Today I have a well established career. It’s this journey that I feel is useful to young aspiring composers. To make the hopeless feel hopeful.”

About the presenter
JAY STEWART
In the last decade Jay Stewart has written more music for Australian Television than any other composer. He has been awarded the statistical award, “Most Performed Screen Composer”, seven times and was a finalist the other three years.
Last year alone his music featured either as background or theme music on over ten different TV productions including: My Kitchen Rules – background music; The Block – Theme & backgrounds; House Rules – background music; Reno Rumble – Theme & Backgrounds; Channel 7 News – Tease & underscore music; Farmer Wants a Wife – background music; Better Homes & Gardens – Theme music; The Force – Theme & background; It’s Academic – Theme & background.
