The series I’m a Celebrity….Get Me Out of Here! is a reality television show where a group of celebrities live in jungle conditions for weeks with few creature comforts and undergo a series of challenges called ‘Bush Tucker Trials’. The UK version is filmed in Murwillumbah and is broadcast live on ITV in the United Kingdom where it attracts an audience of around 10 million viewers. The show provides hundreds of jobs for Northern Rivers and South East Queensland locals, bringing revenue to the Australian screen industry and boosting the local economy.
