Free training for regional filmmakers.

Bus Stop Films is partnering with Screenworks to bring our Inclusion in Action workshop to Ballina. The unique screen industry-focused workshop is aimed at production companies, screen industry practitioners, freelancers and industry services with a focus on gaining a better understanding of the rights and capacity of people living with disability. The workshop explores pathways to employment, engaging people living with disability within organisations and productions and is underpinned by the principles of inclusive filmmaking, complementing Bus Stops` The Inclusive Filmmaking Toolkit.

Inclusion in Action was inclusively developed by industry professionals with lived experience of disability and is being delivered FREE during a pilot program.

Inclusion in Action was funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) through an Information Linkages and Capacity Building grant and developed by Bus Stop Films with the support of the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA).

For more information about Inclusion in Action and to register for the workshop head to https://www.busstopfilms.com.au/inclusion-in-action/
