How to book meetings:

We will update this webpage with a bookings link (above) at 1pm AEDT (NSW time) on Wednesday 17 March 2021. You should refresh your page so that the links appear when the page is updated.

There will be one booking page for roundtables and a separate booking page for one-on-one meetings.

We expect that many people will be trying to book at the same time, so you will need to be quick and understand the procedure outlined below. The bookings are made first-in, first-served as per the software technology.

After you click that link, you will be taken to our Schedule Once calendar booking system. Below is a screenshot of what the “Roundtables” booking page looks like.

Simply click on the speaker that you want to book a roundtable or one-on-one meeting with. A calendar of available dates and timeslots on that day will appear.

Click on your preferred time and then click the orange “Continue” button.

If all the bookings/places are taken for that speaker, the screen will state “No times are currently available.” – click the orange button to go back to the list of speakers.

Enter your contact details – please note that your name, email and phone number are essential requirements. We recommend that you enter this information as quickly as possible.

If your booking is successful, you will see the following page and also receive an email confirmation as shown below.
